Return Policy: Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, fresh items such as fruits and vegetables must be returned within 24 hours of the purchase. For any other items to be eligible for a refund you must return the items to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement regardless of its expiration date. To avoid any misunderstandings please make sure you properly check your deliveries while the drivers are still there and mark them on the invoice and sign below. *PLUS an original copy of a current utility bil e.g. gas,electricity,telephone from Home address or Bank Statement from Home address (dated within last 3 months)

Terms of Sale: Payment of the orders shall be made to Holland Bazaar Peterborough on the day of the purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delay in payment may result in the supply of future goods and services being reviewed. Holland Bazaar complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
